Short rule
Where lawful, AskSatori does not offer voluntary refunds after credits or digital access are made available for immediate use. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, processor rules, or correction of broken transactions.
EU and UK withdrawal consent
For paid digital content or services supplied immediately, checkout must collect explicit prior consent to immediate performance and an acknowledgment that the usual withdrawal right is lost where the law allows that result.
If a future checkout flow cannot lawfully collect that consent, the checkout and this policy must follow the processor or legal minimum instead.
Corrections we honor
- Credits paid for but not delivered.
- Duplicate charges, billing errors, payment errors, or incorrect credit balance changes.
- Technical failures where the paid digital service was not supplied.
- Mandatory legal rights, payment-processor decisions, merchant-of-record decisions, disputes, and chargebacks.
How to request review
Contact hi@asksatori.com with your Telegram account, purchase time, amount, payment provider reference if available, and a short description. We may ask for reasonable information to locate the transaction and prevent fraud.
Approved corrections may be made as credit restoration, replacement service, payment reversal, or another remedy required by the payment provider or law.
